The National History Challenge is a history teacher promoted essay competition for students in grades 5 to 12. Individual sub-topics are sponsored by the RSL and other community organizations. Here is no sub-topic devoted to our constitutional development into a robust democracy. CEF-A proposes to fund a sub-topic in the same way the Simpson Prize in funded by the RSL. Negations yet to commence.
