The Compass story entitled 'A Muslim Education' screened nationally ABC1 on Sunday evening September 7, 2008. CEFA was delighted that the CEFA Parliamentary Club was featured at Al-Zahra College Primary School.

The Constitution Education Fund Australia (CEFA) is delighted to announce that Miss World Australia 2008, Katie Richardson has accepted the invitation to become a Parliamentary Club Ambassador.

August 21, 2008

CEFA today launched its Parliamentary Club NSW South Coast Cluster training day for teachers from across the region. Schools from both the public and private sector were represented. Training for teachers included sessions on implementing a whole-of-school civics, citizenship and student leadership project, building learning communities and incorporating cross-disciplinary activities.

On Friday, August 15, His Honour Mr Tom Pauling AO QC and Mrs Tessa Pauling visited Al-Zahra College, Arncliffe NSW to see the Constitution Education Fund Australia’s (CEFA) Civics for Life Parliamentary Club (PC) program at work. Al-Zahra College is an Islamic primary school currently implementing this innovative program in civics and values education.
